EMERGENCY & URGENT CARE

Emergencies are unpredictable and can be very distressful and traumatic. The trained staff here at Veterinary Integrative understand the importance of providing compassionate, immediate and appropriate response. If you feel your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us and bring your pet down to our hospital right away. An appointment will not be necessary. Upon arrival, your pet will be triaged by our staff, and if the condition of your pet is deemed critical, we will do our best to provide immediate attention and care. We do require that critical care cases that need continued support beyond our operating hours be transferred by the owner to the local emergency hospital or 24 hr specialty facility.
If you suspect your pet has ingested a poison or toxin, please call us or the Animal Poison Control Center: (888) 426-4435 for assistance immediately. Do not attempt to induce vomiting or provide any other emergency care at home until properly instructed.
If the emergency occurs when our office is closed, please contact the local emergency hospitals for assistance.
